The meeting began at 6:00 p.m.  Fees were taken.  The minutes were not read due to the Secretary position change.  Minutes are attached and will also be read at February meeting.

There was also a discussion held on the condition of Mr. Jim Fern.  An email will be sent informing all TDMEA members of the Jim Fern Scholarship and the opportunity to give.

KMEA Conference, Louisville, KY

February 4th, 2005

 

The meeting was called to order; minutes were read and approved.  Introductions were followed by the presentation of awards for Third District recipients.
